Little Millet (Saamai), Pearl Millet, Barnyard (Kuthiraivali), Red Rice (mapplai Samba), Black Kavuni Rice, Mice, Foxtail (Thinai), Green Dal, Gramdal, Horse Gram, Urad Dal, Soyabean, Black Channa, Roasted Gram Dal, Badam, Pista, Cashewnut, Groundnut, Cardamom, Clove, Dry Ginger, Samba Wheat, Cane Jaggery and Zinc.

Instructions:

1. Add 20grm Malt in 200ml Hot Milk or Hot Water

 2. Mix it and Stir well.

3.No need to boil

4. Ready to serve Kids (ahova 2 years) and Adults.

5. If need to add jaggery or salt for more taste
